Sana sini orang mengamuk

Semalam aku pergi meeting dengan consultant lagi. oh darah naik kat kepala sekali lagi..tapi kali ni amukan PD (project director) lagi dasat. Bandi amuk pon bleh kalah. aku yang duduk sebelah PD pon dah kecut perut *oh terasa kurus mcm kate moss sekejap* the meeting was scheduled at 2.30pm. meeting kat desa pandan ie kat ofis consultant. yang aku plak, pukul 1.50 dok terkial2 lagi nak menyiapkan satu agreement tu. sedar2 je dh pukul 2.

mmg aku pecut abis laa harrier xs aku, tapi pecut pun tak pecut sgt laa..nama pun kl. tapi hasil training merempits dan mencilok yg aku pelajari masa jadi minah scooter kat uia aku aplikasikan dalam situasi terdesak ni. by 2.25pm aku dh terpacak depan pintu opis diorg. knowing my PD is a very punctual person. even he's not my immediate superior, tapi harus respect jua cos he's very senior and experienced in the industry.

tapi satu aku tak suka, everytime g meeting ngn PD ni, sure aku kena dok betul2 seblah dia..since dia pon yg chair the meeting, so aku pun ala2 center of attention laa jugak..*blush2* nak ber ym or fb pon tak blh..haishhh. kena kontrol ayu dan serious hokay! me not liking it. about 7 of us dah terpcak dlm bilik meeting tu, and we waited till 2.45pm. and to my consternation, none of the consultant's rep showed up. gila tak gila punya..client yang tunggu consultant..apa kes daaaa...aku pandang muka PD, pD pandang muka aku..dua2 geleng kepala tak pecaya..pastu around 2.50 ade laa sorang rep frm their side showed up. pastu buat excused kata communication breakdown, n they did not receive any memo, letter or email psl meeting tuh.

PD aku terus menggelegak laa sbb letter to call for the meeting smlm came from them. how can it be possible that all of us were notified but none of them got the email and letter? dalam pukul 3.30 baru start meeting proper, itu pon lepas PD aku drag the key person from their side out of another meeting kat bilik seblah tu. ganas hokay PD aku semalam. hilang kehajian dia sekejap katanya.

lepas tu mase discuss pasal mistake kat tender tu, none of their rep yg mengaku dia prepare taht section. masing tuding jari kat org lain. i just couldnt believe it, i mean as a team they have to support each other kan? they should bear the blame as in collective responsiblity dan bukan dgn menjatuhkan sesama sendiri. kot yaa pun kalau the section yang u prepared tu is flawless, the tender doc still ade loophole jugak since other sections compang camping. btol tak?

during my turn to brief about the mistake that i spotted n recommendation for that, i started my line dgn humble nya. siap ckp "correct me if i'm wrong"..gilaa mcm budak taat betul je. kena tunjuk respek and humble juga dpn diorg since im the most junior dlm bilik tu, and yg lain smua otai2 belaka. tapi aku start bengang kalau aku respect org, tapi org tu rase aku tak layak nak bagi opinion or comment kerja yang dia buat. yg aku geram gila bila dia question psl the way i re-worded some of the clauses. like seriously? ive never question anytg about bq, specs or drawings..i dont read bq, i dont know how and wat to look at the drawings. reason being, im a lawyer by profession, bukan qs, bukan engineer..so y should i encroach into some other ppl's teritorry? the best part is, bila aku dh betulkan n reword the clauses, dia boleh ckp nak stick to the old one and takmau amend. helloooooooooooooooooooo!! aku client ke, ko yang client ni? who's paying who? bukan lah aku nak suruh kau tu bertaqlid dgn whatever that i said, tapi if u beg to differ, then u need to give ur reasoning. i ve explained why that clauses need to be reworded in manner tht i ve suggested , n i if u dont agree explain lah kenapa. stupid consultant. bertekak mcm budak2! dan aku plg benci jawapan bodoh consultant "it's a standard clause. so we cant change it". mmg wa terbakar beb. smp aku terkurang ajar ckp "in that case, ur standard clause is not up to my standard" .ok.puas ati. mulut dia terus nganga smp kala jengking pon boleh masuk hokay!

tgh2 aku berapi rapi tu, tiba2 sr. manager aku ckp " our miss legal ni garang tau. kita kat opis pun ikut ckp dia.u berani mau lawan?" hampeh. aku tpaksa je tahan gelak sbb masa tu tgh kontrol muka sisa baki kemarahan tuh.. last2 aku ckp je kalau diorang taknak reword clause tu ikot yg aku ckp, then if any legal issue arising thereof, they should be held responsible. and jgn cakap aku tak advice on legality ke apa ke..mcm cipan je kan, nampak tak who's advising who? client plak advise consultant..mmg stupid idiot consultant.

aku pun tak tau laa apa motif aku cerita psl benda ni kat sini. tapi nama pon blog aku kan..blog aku memang merapu! if this happen to be ur first time reading my blog, aku mintak maaf bnyk2 laa sebab blog aku ni tak informatif langsung. hanya sekadar tempat aku nak bercerita. tapi kalau anda rase terhibur, sila taipkan AFUNDI SALWA dan hantarkan ke 32999. konpem tahun dpn aku dpt masuk af tanpa audition pun. eh, tapi tahun dpn mcm terlebih umur jer?

kesimpulan:

1. jadilah org yang menepati masa
2. skill merempit amatlah berguna dikala kecemasan
3. respectlah client anda. sebab client yg bayar gaji anda!
4. walaupun mengamuk dan berapi api, wajib utk kontrol ayu okay!
5. saling hormat menghormati adalah budaya bangsa kita

ok tu je kesimpulan yg boleh aku pk kan. oh sekurang2nya berfaedah gak laa entry aku ni.

hampeh. kalau format clause tu sepuloh tahun tak tukaq sampai banyak legal complications timbul, still nak apply ka just because its a standard form?
